BvL Oberflächentechnik—always there for you, crisis or no crisis
Your partner for part cleaning systems—now and in the weeks to come
Dear Customer, dear Business Partner,
The coronavirus crisis affects us all, and its consequences are being felt throughout our work and home environments. The severe restrictions now imposed on us together with our personal experience of the crisis would have been unthinkable only a few weeks ago.
Physical distancing is now the top priority, as this helps to stop the spread of the virus to enable healthcare to be provided where it is most needed. Hopefully, we will soon be able to return to our normal and familiar daily routine with all the personal contact that this involves.
At BvL Oberflächentechnik, we have taken a number of steps to maintain our productivity and therefore to ensure that we can continue to be there for you. Most of our team is now working from home, for example. For those that cannot, we are enforcing safe distance rules and have introduced extensive hygiene measures.
Thanks to digital media, we can continue with most of our activities as normal. Our cleaning system production lines also continue to run, with appropriate safe distances between our members of staff. We’re happy to take new orders and can offer advice and consultation by phone, email or video chat—just as you require.
Our Technology Centre is now offering contact-free cleaning tests under production conditions. (Call us on +49 5903 951-60 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org)
Spare parts are in stock and ready for outbound delivery. Our Service Team can also be booked for system inspection or maintenance work, to ensure that your system has optimum availability for the post-coronavirus period. (Call us on +49 5903 951-150 or mail us at email@example.com)
We hope that this situation will ease as soon as possible and are staying optimistic. We wish you and your family all the best: please stay healthy and safe, and do all you can to ensure that the virus does not spread any further.
