Continuous cleaning system for oven inserts
An overhead conveyor transports the oven inserts through the BvL cleaning system on two lanes. Both lanes can be operated independently. In the process, the parts are cleaned, rinsed and dried in several directly consecutive steps. After cleaning, the parts are free of oil, dirt and salt residues. An effective combination of air-blast and drying zones ensures the reliable removal of unwanted residual moisture. This also applies to folded edges and undercuts in particular.
Aspects of process reliability were also emphasised here: A combination of the Libelle Fluid Control and Oil Control checks the contamination of the bath based on particles and oils, and reports this to the control unit. With the help of the Cleaner Control, the cleaning management system takes over the automatic re-dosing of the cleaning agent in the medium. The Data Control saves all relevant process data to enable traceability.
