Reproducible component cleanliness for stable production processes
Individually designed cleaning solutions that ensure technical cleanliness, reduce process risks and are precisely matched to the component, contamination and production environment
At AMB in Stuttgart, BvL Oberflächentechnik will show how industrial parts cleaning becomes a reliable component of modern production processes. The focus is on individually designed cleaning systems for the metalworking industry - from compact stand-alone systems to complex, automated cleaning solutions for linked production environments. The benefit for users is clear: reproducible technical cleanliness, stable processes, reliable component quality and a solution that is precisely matched to the respective production task.
Precisely matched to the component, contamination and process
Whether machining, forming, heat treatment, assembly preparation or demanding downstream processes: in metalworking, clean components are increasingly decisive for functional reliability, process stability and cost-effectiveness. BvL develops and produces aqueous-based industrial cleaning systems that are individually matched to the component, contamination, material, cycle time, residual contamination requirements and production environment. The range extends from continuous, turntable, basket washing and rotary indexing systems to immersion cleaning systems, high-pressure processes and special solutions.
Industries in focus: from automotive engineering to High Purity
Especially in industries such as automotive engineering, commercial vehicle and vehicle technology, mechanical engineering, foundries, railway industry, defence and precision and ultra-fine cleaning applications, requirements for technical cleanliness are increasing continuously. BvL meets these requirements with a modular system concept, coordinated processes and intelligent system technology. Depending on the task, spray, flood, immersion, ultrasonic, high-pressure or combined processes are used. The systems are complemented by filtration, media treatment, drying, corrosion protection, process monitoring and automation solutions.
Efficiently integrated - up to automated lines
For integration into existing production processes, BvL offers tailor-made transport and automation concepts. Whether manual loading, robot handling, conveyor technology, workpiece carrier systems or interfaces to customer-side automated guided vehicles - cleaning is efficiently integrated into the material flow. This ensures short paths, reduced non-productive times and high process reliability. In its in-house Technology Center, BvL determines the optimal cleaning process using the customer's own components, creating a reliable basis for decision-making for the subsequent system concept.
New process for precision parts with demanding geometries
A special highlight is BvL's new Vacuum Impulse Technology, or VIT. The innovative pressure change process was developed for precision parts and applications with the highest cleanliness requirements - all the way through to High Purity. Alternating pressure conditions create intensive flow through hard-to-reach areas, complex geometries, undercuts, bores and cupped contours. Users benefit from effective deep cleaning, high reproducibility and an economical solution for components where conventional processes reach their limits.
Cost-effective retrofit: targeted further development of existing systems
Existing cleaning technology can also be adapted to new components, drive concepts and production processes. BvL modernizes existing systems, develops them further from a technical and process perspective and can expand them into automated cleaning lines. This is a particularly cost-effective approach: existing technology remains usable, investments are protected and retrofitting is often more economical than purchasing a new system. In this way, the system is specifically aligned with future production requirements.
