BvL is the technological leader in the field of process monitoring and documentation:
- Libelle Fluid Control becomes a standard feature of all BvL cleaning systems

New product-line "Geyser" for high-pressure deburring on workpieces with the highest requirements for safety and cleanliness
New technology in the drying process: process-controlled vacuum dryer ensures time savings and safety
Expansion of the site in Emsbüren to create more production capacities due to greatly increased business volume: construction of the third production building

Smart Cleaning: Innovative apps ensure transparent process information and automated control of the cleaning system
Special system concepts for cleaning in railway maintenance: even the most stubborn contaminations are reliably removed from bogies, bearings, electric motors, wheelsets and other railway components.

The environmentally friendly work of BvL is certified: management system DIN EN ISO 14001: Successfully implemented in 2015 and therefore outstanding in industry comparison
Highest award “outstanding” as supplier of Deutsche Bahn
Especially for cleaning requirements in foundries and hardening shops, the Niagara and Yukon cleaning systems offer maximum efficiency for integration into the production process.
